He holds 2 Masters Degrees, 1 bachelor degree, all from Texas A&M International University, including an Associate Degree from Laredo Community College. Graduating from J.W. Nixon H.S., Mr. Zaragoza has earned an extensive experience in government, for-profit and nonprofit organizations, holding numerous positions, appointed and elected to numerous bodies of organizations in a democratic protocol. He spent a lot of time in his education career in Texas public school, as teacher, coach and an administrator for 16 years. Working in United ISD, Laredo ISD, and Medina Valley ISD in San Antonio, he earned many awards through his educational tenure. His experience and knowledge is fundamental to the growth of our local communities and global economy at large. Noteworthy, his alumni TAMIU involvement, along with his Webb County Judge Danny Valdez employment and Constable Precinct 1 law enforcement role were also fundamental to his criminal justice, political advocacy and civic leadership in Laredo, Texas. Furthermore, educated in the School of Champion Real Estate, affiliated with Lone Star College in San Antonio, Texas, he attain his real estate certificates in 2013. As a Texas Realtor, Mr. Zaragoza received his Broker license from Texas Real Estate Commission in early 2019 and Loan Originator from the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending in 2022. He became a successful real estate broker, mortgage loan broker, property manager, investor, and real estate businessman. His leadership in the real estate industry has helped many families and businesses grow. Mr. Zaragoza combined his education background, credentials and real estate career in Laredo College as a Real Estate Instructor, educating minds and building our community for a better tomorrow.
